Johnny Danger

Using the title The Eagle, Johnny partnered with fellow vault dweller, Mac, before forming The Eagle as a gang with Jules and Wire. Growing up in Vault 76 he was flagged as a bully and chronically truant from formal classes but studied engineering in his spare time, becoming skilled in power armor and heavy weapons as he saw this as an extension of his love of car mechanics he no longer had available.

Johnny Danger, the Eagle, The Vultures, Fallout 76

With slicked back hair, a leather jacket, and a confident swagger Johnny Danger thrives on admiration and adoration, reveling in the attention he receives from others. He’s a master manipulator, adept at using his charm and charisma to get what he wants. Despite his magnetic personality, Danger lacks empathy and sees others as mere pawns in his game. Johnny has a grandiose sense of self-importance and beneath his confident exterior lies a fragile ego that’s easily bruised. Johnny quickly becomes aggressive and defensive when his sense of superiority is challenged, resorting to violence, manipulation, and intimidation to regain control.

Wire

Formerly with the Diehards, Wire was recruited for his tech skills. A hacker and tinkerer, his methods are often unconventional at best and downright irresponsible at worst. Wire believes himself to be more robotic than flesh and is rarely seen without his signature eyebot helmet.

Due to his excessive use of chems to enhance performance & brain power, he suffers addiction related side effects and manic episodes brought on by sleep deprivation. Wire spends long hours enthusiastically tinkering with ways to further the raider conquest of Appalachia within his makeshift workshops. Wire specializes in unarmed combat and is steadfast in his allegiances.

Lazarus

Desperate for purpose and belonging, Lazarus found himself drawn to a group of raider cannibals known for their ruthless tactics and insatiable hunger for power that was led by Prince under The Vultures. Seeking community and influence, he made a risky decision to abandon the Mothman cult and align himself with the raiders, quickly proving his usefulness and devotion to Prince.

Lazarus is a wiry and gaunt figure, his robes of the Mothman cult now hardened by raider armor and stained with dirt and blood. Despite his outward appearance of loyalty to the raider group, there’s a sense of unease that lingers beneath the surface due to his addiction to neurotoxic dust. The dust provides Lazarus with temporary relief from gnawing doubts and fears that plague his mind and he goes to great lengths to conceal this dependency knowing that any sign of weakness could lead to his downfall.

Lazarus does not use modern ballistic weaponry or gear, instead preferring the deadly and silent efficiency of a bow and enjoying the freedom of movement he gains without the bulk of traditional armor.

The Eagle Collective

Jules

Johnny Danger & Jules led the small group known as The Eagle. Having originally joined The Vultures to boost their notoriety, Jules worked her way up within the Vulture ranks to raider Boss to ensure The Eagle could continue to maintain autonomy under the illusion of being team players. A pair of narcissistic and greedy raiders, they easily shifted loyalties if it suited them. Jules addictions and rapidly progressing psychosis finally got the better of her, leaving the Vultures, she suffered an overdose shortly after.

Jules was the voice for The Eagle and arranged their initial membership with The Vultures before climbing to the rank of Boss as the Harbinger. A functioning addict and alcoholic and talented manipulator, she maintained the coordination of The Eagle and spoke on their behalf. As an orphan she trained briefly with the Order of Mysteries before joining the raiders when The Order fell. She harbors a deep resentment and desire for vengeance against the Responders for turning her away as a child.

Jules the voice of The Eagle

A skilled markswoman, Jules specialized in stealth and subterfuge. However, as the post-war Appalachian landscape has continued to mold her, and a family history of psychosis took hold, she has become more reckless and bloodthirsty, leaving messy corpses in her wake. Her weapon of choice was a modified railway rifle that shoots high velocity spikes.

The Deliverer

Jules recruited the final member to join The Eagle after stumbling upon his tent revival shortly before they joined up with The Vultures. Cole, a charismatic berserker known as The Deliverer, turned the chaos of the apocalypse into a religion. After joining with The Vultures he elevated The Warlord to a deity, hoping to gain power and favor with flattery and control.

Devoutly religious before the bombs, the Great War caused a crisis of faith that is suspected to have broken his psyche. After allying with raiders, he began fervently worshiping The Warlord believing the man was a god sent to walk the apocalyptic earth in human form & herald a new age of chaos and destruction. Using irradiated toad venom, he converts innocents into either zealots for The Vultures, or slaves for their markets.

The Deliverer met his end after constructing Redemption at the hand of another Vulture.

Mac

Mac entered Vault 76 with his parents as an only child. His parents, only having held entrance for a family of three, chose to leave his toddler sister behind with neighbors believing their son would have a better chance of survival after the vault reopened. After Reclamation Day and suffering from survivors guilt, he immediately set out to search for her.

After a chem induced meditation at the Palace of the Winding Path, he teamed up with Johnny Danger and led a violent life of raiding while continuing his search. After discovering his sister was indeed alive but had been too young to remember what happened, they allied with Jules to form The Eagle, but he kept his past, and her true identity, a secret until just before his death. As he succumbed to his demons, he forced Jules to defended herself as he told her who she really was. Jules’ shots were lethal.
