The Bag Man

This Veteran Raider hailed from the wastes that lay north of the Savage Divide. The Bag Man was the sole surviving member of a gang of vicious Raiders who were wiped out during the Scorched Plague. By the time he encountered the Vultures he was a seasoned veteran bandit looking to run with a strong crew.

The Bag Man is a talented Interrogator, skilled in the art of torture. He is not a sadist, he takes no particular pleasure from torturing prisoners and captives, he just knows how to use the best tools to get the job done.
